This is a brief elaboration how to navigate this site,

  1. World map at the home page gives a holistic view.
    • Map markers indicate there are materials related to the pinned location
    • Mouse over the map marker to see what are available
    • The pinned location could be cross-over from multiple trips
  2. Albums are posted via the Blog function.
    • A post is an album consisting of related subjects for a particular point of interest (location, theme etc.) of a trip
    • Album lists ALL posted chronologically
    • The What’s New lists reverse chronological order of newly posted album; there is also a compact view with sorting and searching
  3. Trip lists related albums of a particular trip.
  4. Collection groups related items, e.g. same locations from various trips, similar subject (e.g. signage, birds, vehicle)
  5. Certain Blog terminologies are used as
    • Category – deployed as Region
    • Tag – deployed for filter
  6. Though desktop environment will bring the best experience over mobile phone or digital tablet, there are limitations observed for specific platform / web browser.
